Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps commanders have vowed “War on Wall Street, in Manhattan, and anywhere, at any time.” They have breached more than 100 water systems across twelve states. They do not need missiles—only the credentials they hold.

December 2015: Russian operators blacked out 230,000 Ukrainians—the first to cut power. Inside for six months. December 2016: The same actors deployed CRASHOVERRIDE, malware scalable globally.
